Holiday home Villa Roncovisi is a nice stone building from the 18th century situated in the center of a property of over 18 acres of woods and olive groves on the green hills lining the valley called Valdinievole just a short distance from Montecatini and Monsummano Terme in Tuscany.
The Villa Roncovisi has 7 large and bright rooms furnished in the style of Tuscan countryside with king sized beds, and all rooms include private bathroom with courtesy line: shower/shampoo, hairdryers, hand soap and body cream. Also in all rooms single heating and air conditioning, and all windows have mosquito screens. Furthermore the housing units include: 2 washing machines, clothes dryer, iron and ironing table, 2 dishwashers, microwave oven, 3 coffee machines (american coffe, moka and Nespresso), oven, 2 fridges, 2 toasters, blender, fruit juicer.
In addition to the possibility of cooking for oneself, the structure offers customers a menù performed by personnel with years of experience in the restaurant business, typical of the Tuscan tradition, either meat or fish, as well as dishes from other regions in Italy. Also, vegetarian or vegan menus. It is possible to have chefs and waiters at your disposition and able to inform customers of the wine/food traditions of the area.
The Villa is equipped with a swimming pool with all the comforts, open from mid April to mid October (under normal climatic conditions). Around the pool there is a large sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and sunbeds. Further down to the right of the pool there is another relaxation area with a gazebo and chairs.
